The unusual stone in this pendant is New Lander Variscite from Nevada. Variscite is a sister stone to turquoise but lacks the copper that gives turquoise it's blue color. This pendant has a contemporary silver frame and a bail that would accommodate a silver chain. This is a vintage pendant and is only marked sterling.
Measurements:
A little over 1 3/4" top to bottom, including the bail x 7/8" wide

Protect your jewelry from harsh chemicals and solvents as they can damage turquoise and other stones. I recommend using a Sunshine Cloth or similar to polish your silver. Do not immerse or subject your jewelry to running water as it can dislodge the stone from the setting.
