Refund policy

We want you to be happy.  If for any reason, you need to make a return, notify us within 5 days of receipt and return the item within 10 days of receipt.  To start a return, please contact us at info@eastofsantafe.com and we will send you instructions on where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  Cuffs must be unaltered or adjusted for fit.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. The seller's cost of shipping and insurance to the buyer will be deducted from the refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend insuring your return! We accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Ship your item in a box as padded envelopes do not offer adequate protection.

East of Santa Fe reserves the right to refuse returns on a case by case basis. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
